As an owner of two Rhodesian Ridgebacks Sarah Edwards has experienced first hand the difficulties of finding products that specifically cater for the needs of large dogs and therefore founded myBIGdog.co.uk.
Sarah had grown up surrounded by animals and it was an obvious choice for her to join the veterinary nursing profession. Having spent several years studying and working with a variety of animals in a local practice, Sarah dealt with a growing number of clients who struggled to find products specifically targeting larger dogs.
As Sarah is the owner of two large dogs she found out the hard way that most beds are too thin, toys too weak and coats simply would not fit.
After spending a vast amount of time and money researching and testing different products Sarah thought it made perfect sense to share this knowledge and myBIGdog.co.uk was born.
